Whether standing up an enterprise wide transformation or optimizing an existing delivery framework, my focus stays on outcomes, accountability, and giving teams what they need to do their best work.
Over the past few years I've optimized my own delivery best practices around AI tools, using them to turn raw status inputs into clear reporting, stress test requirements and risk registers, synthesize meeting notes into decisions and owners, and implement agents and workflows into day to day project and program ownership. The governance, judgment, and accountability stay human; the busy work doesn't.

Outside of leading critical initiatives and PMO execution, I co-founded Hydration Junkie, a hydration products brand built from concept to market. I helped lead product design and development, secured patents, implemented front and back end systems supported on Shopify, and stood up manufacturing and go to market operations across B2B, B2C, and white label channels, eventually having a successful exit.
